Bowie County Road Construction
Construction on I-30 in Texarkana will continue this week according to Marcus Sandifer with TxDOT. Starting today and going through Thursday, weather permitting, one or both lanes of Interstate 30 will be closed at the Hwy 59 interchange beginning at 9pm nightly and lasting until 6am the next morning. Eastbound traffic will be detoured off I-30 at the Hwy 59 exit just pass Kings Hwy and routed down the frontage road to Hwy 59 south with the Westlawn exit as the turnaround. Westbound traffic will be detoured at the Hwy 59 exit just pass Richmond Road down the frontage road to Kings Hwy then back on I-30.
