Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson will continue today to promote a proposed amendment to the Texas Constitution. Sen. Hutchinson who is on the road with the head of the Texas Farm Bureau is urging Texans to approve Prop 11 which puts limits on how the state can take private property in eminent domain cases. The Texas Farm Bureau endorsed Sen. Hutchinson last week. Early voting is under way in the Texas Constitution election.
