The break in the weather is allowing TxDOT to continue their construction on Interstate 30 at the Hwy 59 interchange in Texarkana. Kenny Icenhower with Tx DOT said “rain and equipment problems continued to delay work this week, so we will be trying again next week. The lane closings will take place between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night in order to impact traffic less some nights we will have all the lanes closed and others will have only one direction closed.
